1.1 SCOPE
Trade: Nationally Certified Height Safety & Access Technicians / Professionals, with min. $10 Million Public Liability.
This specification is to be read in conjunction with the drawings and related specifications provided to:
Design, Manufacture, Supply, Install & Certify an Access & Fall Prevention System for the following foreseeable tasks (where applicable):
- Roof Access
- Façade & Window Access
- Access Between Levels
- Elevated Electrical & Lighting Access
- Gutter Access
- Lift Pit & Tank Access
- Mechanical, Solar, Wind & Communication Access
- Structural Integrity & Asset Monitoring Access
- Access across roofs, un-even & fragile surfaces.
- Emergency Evacuation
Outputs:
- Compliant Building Access & Roof Safety System, with 10 year warranty (Non-adverse conditions).
- Safe Design Report / Detailed Proof of As Built System Compliance (Test, Inspect & Competency Reports).
- Standard / Shop Drawings.
- Asset Layout & Rigging Plan (Harness-based systems)
- User Operation & Maintenance Manual (includes: Base-rescue plan)
- Maintain Roof & Structural Integrity
- Safe Work Method Statement - Managing Environment & Task Specific Risks - Consulting with other Trades.
