Some 50 years after 3M introduced the industry's original insulation displacement connector (IDC), 3M Scotchlok IDC's continue to offer quick installation and reliability. They are easy to use and can save time. To install one, just squeeze� no stripping or twisting required. The 3M Scotchlok IDC Connector 316IR is used to electrically connect two or three wire ends, insulate the connection and provide a moisture resistant seal.
