Miller Harness Accessories include the Miller Relief Step and Miller Spreader Frames.

The Miller Relief Step is a compact pack encompassing a webbing strap and foot loop for deployment in the event of a sustained fall, and assists in the prevention of suspension trauma.

The Miller spreader frame attaches to the confined space attachment points on a harness, or in the case of the universal spreader bar, directly onto the shoulder straps of any full body harness.

The top dee ring can be attached to a raising or lowering device. Wrist loops assist in casualty removal from a confined space.
